Heart Wheel Feather (L)

Every item authenticated

Each item is authenticated individually. We only offer items that meet our standards.

Guarantee card

Customers who purchase gold or silver accessories receive our own guarantee card, stating the purchase date, item name, price and other details.

If another company determines that the item is counterfeit, we will provide a full refund upon presentation of appropriate supporting documents.

*Items expected to age or deteriorate over time, such as clothing and leather items, are not eligible for the guarantee card.

Support through buyback

We buy back all items purchased from CORNER, provided their condition allows resale.

The buyback price is assessed using the condition and market value at the time of your request.

Bank transfer

The earliest dispatch is the day after your payment is confirmed.

We cannot dispatch on the same day that payment is confirmed.

How it works

1. Choose “Shopping loan” as your payment method at checkout.

2. After placing your order, please enter your name and preferred down payment on the page shown. We will then guide you through the JACCS application process.

3. We dispatch the item after JACCS notifies us that the contract is complete. Because of this procedure, we may not be able to meet a requested delivery date.

Eligibility

This payment method is available only when the total for a single order is ¥100,000 or more, including tax.

A shopping loan is available to customers resident in Japan who meet the screening criteria set by JACCS.

Please note

The contract of sale between us and you is formed when JACCS approves the screening and the contract procedure is formally completed.

Your loan application is subject to approval. If it is not approved, your order will be cancelled automatically, or we will help you choose another payment method.

Once the shopping loan payment procedure and screening are complete, we cannot as a rule accept cancellation, return or exchange at the customer's convenience.

At the customer's convenience

As a rule we cannot accept returns at the customer's convenience.

Please check the size, colour, material and condition shown before you order.

If the fault is ours

If the item arrives with a significant fault that was not described, please contact Yamato Transport or us before sending it back.

Returns are accepted when you contact us within 5 days of delivery and the item can reach us within 3 days of the return being accepted.

Because we deal mainly in one-off second-hand pieces, we cannot as a rule exchange an item for a replacement.

Where an item has a fault caused by us, we handle it as a return rather than an exchange.
