The condition rank on product pages is categorized into 5 levels: N, S, A, B, and C.

【N】
・New to unused, or unopened new items.

【S】
・Like new, or used only for a fitting.
*Please note that minor signs of wear such as faint scuffs from storage or display may be present; feel free to contact us before purchasing, and our staff will send you detailed photos.

【A】
・Used items with minimal signs of wear and in relatively good condition.

【B】
・Used items that show signs of wear and have some minor stains or damage.

【C】
・Used items with multiple stains or areas of damage, and which have defects.

→All products handled by our company are authentic. For customers who purchase silver or gold accessories, we provide our own guarantee card stating the product name, date of purchase, price, etc. Items such as clothing and leather goods, which are expected to undergo aging or deterioration over time, are not eligible for a guarantee card. In the unlikely event that a third party determines a product to be counterfeit, we will provide a full refund upon submission of certified mail proof.

→For credit card payments, orders will be shipped once product inspection is complete. For bank transfer orders, items will be shipped once payment is confirmed and product inspection is complete.
