AUTHENTICITY & GUARANTEE

For your peace of mind—when choosing and beyond.

We want you to choose your favorite pieces with complete peace of mind, and we look forward to building a long-term relationship with you after your purchase. At CORNER, we support our customers through rigorous authenticity verification for all products, the issuance of guarantee cards for eligible items, and buyback services for items previously purchased from us.

01｜All products are verified authentic

Every product sold at CORNER undergoes an authenticity verification process. We inspect each item one by one and only deliver products to our customers that meet our strict standards.

If you have any questions regarding the condition or details of a product, please feel free to contact us before making your purchase.

02｜Our store's exclusive guarantee card

Customers who purchase silver and gold accessories, such as Chrome Hearts or goro's, will receive our exclusive CORNER guarantee card.

The card lists the date of purchase, the staff member in charge, the product name, and the purchase price. Please keep it in a safe place as proof of your purchase.

In the unlikely event that an eligible product is deemed inauthentic by a third party, please provide us with documentation verifying that assessment. Upon verification of the content, we will issue a full refund.

*Guarantee cards are issued for silver and gold accessories. Please note that all products, including those for which cards are not issued, undergo authenticity verification.

03｜Ongoing support through our buyback service

We will buy back any product previously purchased from CORNER, provided it is in a condition suitable for resale.

Whether you are looking to trade in your item or are ready to part with a piece you've cherished, please feel free to consult with us. Buyback prices are assessed based on the item's condition at the time of the request and current market value.

Passing your cherished item on to the next person who needs it. From your initial purchase to any future consultations, CORNER is here to help.
