Shopping loan

This payment method is available only when the total for a single order is ¥100,000 or more, including tax.

A shopping loan is available to customers resident in Japan who meet the screening criteria set by JACCS.

If you choose the shopping loan, you will be taken to the JACCS screening page after your order is placed, where you enter the required details.

The contract of sale between us and you is formed when JACCS approves the screening and the contract procedure is formally completed.

If JACCS does not approve the contract, your order is cancelled automatically, or we will ask you to choose another payment method.

We dispatch the item after JACCS notifies us that the contract is complete. Because of this procedure, we may not be able to meet a requested delivery date.

Once the shopping loan payment procedure and screening are complete, we cannot as a rule accept cancellation, return or exchange at the customer's convenience.

If the fault is ours

If the item arrives with a significant fault that was not described, please contact Yamato Transport or us before sending it back.

Returns are accepted when you contact us within 5 days of delivery and the item can reach us within 3 days of the return being accepted.

Because we deal mainly in one-off second-hand pieces, we cannot as a rule exchange an item for a replacement.

Where an item has a fault caused by us, we handle it as a return rather than an exchange.
